Our club, entitled the Princeton Corridor Rotary Club was chartered in 1986 by Nick Carnevale. Over the years our club has donated heavily to local organizations in need. For many years and still continuing, the club sponsors scholarships to graduates of West Windsor’s North and South High Schools.
Other notable contributions include to Homefront (Thanksgiving Baskets), Boys and Girls Club, Kesner DuFresne Memorial Scholarship, Local Eagle Scouts, West Windsor Little League, and many others. Our membership roles average 35+ in numbers, and, consists of entrepreneurs, professionals and similar small business operators. In addition, our Foundation qualifies as a IRS 501(c)(3) tax deductible entity. We meet for lunch almost every Friday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Alexander Road in West Windsor, NJ. and our buffet lunches are well staffed with excellent offerings.
The members gather a few minutes before our weekly meetings around noontime. Thanks to the efforts of our long-time program director, members usually hear from various representatives of local organizations about local points of interests. On the last Friday of the month meetings are devoted to club business.
Our financial contributions on an annual basis generally exceed $25,000.00. Commitments time to various projects, events and fund raisers are part of our club tradition.
