Local Causes

Rotary Club of Princeton Corridor:

Our club, entitled the Princeton Corridor Rotary Club was chartered in 1986 by Nick Carnevale.  Over the years our club has donated heavily to local organizations in need.  For many years and still continuing, the club sponsors scholarships to graduates of West Windsor’s North and South High Schools.

Other notable contributions include to Homefront (Thanksgiving Baskets), Boys and Girls Club, Kesner DuFresne Memorial Scholarship, Local Eagle Scouts, West Windsor Little League, and many others.

Rotary Foundation:

The Foundation of the Rotary Club of the Princeton Corridor (“The Foundation”) is a separate corporation formed as a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization. The general purpose of the organization is to promote, foster, finance or perform charitable, scientific, literary and educational work.

A separate Board of Trustees and Officers are responsible for the managing the activities of The Foundation. The Foundation administers the charitable funds which are raised by the Rotary Club of the Princeton Corridor through their fund raising activities. The Trustees also formulate and administer procedures to identify and make donations for charitable, philanthropic, benevolent and educational purposes.

The Foundation is active in supporting various local charities such as Good Grief, The Boys and Girls Club of Trenton, Eden Autism, The West Windsor Little League and the Trenton Circus Squad among many others. The Foundation is also a member of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
